7ez77 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 7ez77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7ez77 website located at https://7ez77.io and all associated services, features, content, and products offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update that information if it changes.

One Account Policy: Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the 7ez77 Platform. The creation or use of more than one account by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Credentials and Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7ez77 Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All transactions, bets, and activities conducted through your account while you are logged in — or while your credentials are being used, regardless of whether you authorised such use — are your sole responsibility. 7ez77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments. The availability, value, and terms of any promotion are at the sole discretion of 7ez77 and may be modified or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

General Bonus Terms: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first for betting purposes unless otherwise specified.

In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that product.

Sports Betting: Bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are accepted and settled in accordance with the official results announced by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA). 7ez77 reserves the right to void any bet where the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or where settlement is not possible due to insufficient official data. In-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time odds availability and may be suspended at any time without notice.

• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing or corrupt activity in connection with any sporting event offered for betting on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering purpose, including depositing funds with no intention of wagering or using third-party payment methods to obscure the source of funds.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services on the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access any other user's account or any restricted area of the Platform without authorisation.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.

The 7ez77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 7ez77 takes reasonable steps to ensure the reliability and availability of the Platform, it does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ez77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your failure to maintain the security of your 7ez77 Login credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.

In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain implied warranties, those warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7ez77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7ez77 will notify registered users by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. 7ez77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement or any supplemental policy.
• 7ez77 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct in connection with your account.
• You have failed to complete the required identity or payment verification process within the specified timeframe.
• You have provided false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Your account has been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or more.
• Continued operation of your account would expose 7ez77 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than verified fraud or breach, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be refunded to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any applicable verification and due diligence procedures. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
